As a Latinx Jew and DREAMer, Analucía used to suppress her undocumented status and nuanced identity but now uses it as a core strength. In this episode, she speaks to Ilana about growing up undocumented, her feelings of imposter syndrome in the Jewish community as a child, and how her multicultural background has strengthened her ability to lead, and change societal norms of Jewish leadership for the better.
